You should not put any of the source / build directories onto the path.<br>
The one thing you must use is /usr/local/lib/python2.6/site-packages<br></blockquote><div> </div><div>It was there as well. Following up your advice I removed all unnecessary paths from the PYTHONPATH and now the module is found. Many thanks!<div>
