[omniNotify] Help needed to run OmniNotify

Please give more information.

1. What steps did you take to obtain omniORB and omniNotify?
2. How did you configure and build?
3. Can you get the omniORB examples to work (e.g., can you run the
pair of programs eg3_impl/eg3_clt successfully)?
