You don't mean call descriptors. The thing that isn't being marshalled
properly is a repository id. The code to marshal them was incorrectly
sending them as translated strings, so the ORB was attempting to
convert them from EBCDIC to ASCII, despite the fact that they were
already ASCII. I've checked in a fix.
