Naming Service Win 95

Hi,

I am having a little trouble with the naming service on Win 95 platform. =
 I was able to successfully start the naming service on Win NT 4.0 and =
run all of the examples.  When I try to start the naming service on Win =
95 I get this error "BOA_init failed:  cannot use port 12345 to accept =
incoming IIOP calls".  I tried several different port numbers, but each =
time I received the same error.  I am pretty knew to CORBA and any ideas =
would be appreciated.
