[omniORB] Notes on porting omniORB2 to LynxOS.

Neil Mason of GPT has provided a detailed note on porting omniORB2 to
LynxOS. I've put it on our web page at this link:

The description is on porting omniORB_2.5.0 but should apply equally to
omniORB_2.6.1.

If anyone has tried out a port of omniORB_2.6.1, I'm happy to incorporate
the changes required to the main source tree.


So far, I've received  no information on any ports to QNX and VxWorks. The
compiler is likely to be the first hurdle. I wonder if egcs-1.1.1 can be
made into a cross-compiler for these platforms..
