[omniORB] Problem with omniORB on NT/Visual C++ 5.0

Include the following settings in you project under C/C++,Preprocessor:

__WIN32__,__x86__,__NT__,__OSVERSION__=4 


Ofcourse OSVERSION should respresent the version of NT you're running;
have a look in the omniORB documentation if you are running NT 3.x to get the
correct number for it...
