NamingService-Exceptions

Hi,

I'm trying to use omniORBS naming service (version 2.4 on Digital Unix) 
from an OmniBroker Client (SGI) and i have some problems with 
execeptions raised by the omniORB naming service. 

The client can successfully invoke the naming service for the fist time
and can bind a new context with the method "bind_new_context().

But if i run the client a second time, the excception (AlreadyBound) 
isn't recogniced by the client!
 
Is there anybody who knows a solution for my problem?
