[omniORB] Patch for problems with sequences and type Any

Problems inserting sequences containing sequences or aliases into Anys.

A small bug has been found in typecode.cc. This bug manifests itself when
a sequence containing an alias (i.e. a typedefed type) is inserted into an Any,
and, under some circumstances, when an Any containing a sequence of sequences
