[omniORB] COM-omniORB Interface

[Sai-Lai Lo]

I wonder if ObjectBridge uses DII/DSI to do the bridging, if so it is a
no-go with omniORB at the moment. On the otherhand if it can be changed to
use static stubs it is possible to use with omniORB.
