[omniORB] one-way methods and in-scavanger

Hello omniORB'ers
I've got a problem with one-way calls in conjunction with the input
scavanger on Solaris. When a server's scavanger shuts down an idle
incoming connection, an immediately following call of one of its oneway
methods using this connection fails *undiscovered*. I.e. sending the
methode request into the socket works without any error on client side
though the server has closed the socket already and isn't listening any
more.
Did anybody else run into this proplem before and knows a solution?
