[omniORB] NameService crash / aCC problems solved

Hi CORBAholics,

many thanks to everybody, who gave hints to my problems with
omniNames on HP-UX 10.20 and g++ / aCC

Final results:
 ----------------

DO NOT use g++ 2.8.1 with omniORB 2.5.0 on HP-UX 10.20
BETTER use aCC 01.15 AND naturally omniORB 2.6.0

After compiling with REAL (;-) actual version of aCC the
NameService doesn't show erors anymore and the syntax error
with class scope operator '::' disappears.
