[omniORB] Error message!

Hello, 

If the DLL , MSPDB50.DLL is not found in the PATH and If you run the omniidl2
compiler the compiler gives some error and quits.

It took me lot of time to find out what was going on.

It would be nice if the program can give explicit message that the required DLL
( with name ) is not found in the PATH.

This would make the program more user frindly.
