[omniORB] minor problems

Hi,
	a few comments about snapshot_980827:

- omniidl2 emits nested includes (when an idl file includes another one) at
global levels (<...>) instead of local ("..."); when using Developers
Studio this forces the developer to put the project directory in "options",
thus sharing it among all projects (even not omniorb2 related). Nested
local includes would be much handier with several projects under way.
- even the simplest inheritance in IDL forces MSVC 5.0 to emit warning
C4250, once per user defined method, both for implementation and
application. So a medium sized project generates a lot of such warnings; it
would be nice to have them disabled in CORBA_sysdep.h.
- a typo in CORBA_sysdep.h: it expects _MSC_VAR for pragma 4786 exclusion.
