[omniORB] omniORB 2.7.1 on IRIX 6.5.3

Dear all,

Has anyone experienced any problems with getting omniORB 2.7.1 to work
on IRIX 6.5.3f, I have uncommented the appropriate line in
config/config.mk

    platform = mips_irix_6.5_n32

And it compiles up with what I am assuming is the usual eclectic mix of
warning messages.

When I try running omniNames, or the eg1, 2, 3 examples I get an
immediate segmentation violation, see output from dbx below for
omniNames (eg1, 2 and 3 crash with the same problem):
