[omniORB] omniEvents with omniORB 2.8.0 pre-release 1

Just wanted to report briefly some success with using omniEvents under
omniORB 2.8.0 pre-release 1.  I was indeed able to build and run the
samples that came with omniEvents on a Win32 NT4 platform; at least the
push model supplier and consumer.

Special note:  CosEventChannelAdmin.idl is sensitive to a bug in omniidl
that is patched by the following URL:

Kudos to Paul Nader for his Event Service work here, and as always to the
omniORB team!
