Thanks for your make rule contributions. They will appear in CVS
overnight.

tie.py appears to be in the CVS repository now. I guess you managed to
check it out when dir.mk had been updated by tie.py hadn't been added.
As you might have guessed, all the files in be/cxx are
work-in-progress towards the new back-end for omniORB 3. You can
safely ignore it.
