[omniORB] Is there another way to get a reference other than NameService

Hi,

I want to use specific server machines with static IP to implement objects.
And I don't want to use NameService.
I want to get a reference with given an IP address and a port number of 
server machine.
Is it possible to do this?
Or is there any other way ?
