[omniORB] Porting 2.7.0 to Borland C++Builder

Hello, Sai-Lai!

I would suggest that you also put Thomas' port of omniORB 2.6.1 to
Borland C++Builder into your ftp contrib/ directory. That is the port
which *really* works and can be re-build easily. There is a ZIP file of
its source and binaries (unfortunately, you will need several Borland's
shared DLLs to test them) at
<ftp://194.109.90.167/omniORB_2.6.1_bcb.zip>.
