[omniORB] Orbix 2.2 MT, omniORB 2.7.0 and omniNames 2.7.0

Hello,

sorry if I took someones time for this problem before, but in the archives
the information about this is spread, so here's the solution in one
message.

The first thing is that interoperability only works with orbix 2.2, due to
some error in orbix (see for a description archive of 97-10--0029.html),
then the other part is the Naming Service. Since omniOrb 2.4.0 there was
introduced the #pragma prefix "omg.org". 
If you compile the Naming.idl file with the orbix idl compiler , then it
doesn't understand this, so you have to rebuild the whole omniORB tree
without the #pragma prefix. (see for this in the file README.unix)

And then it works : you can use the omniORB naming service from sun and
linux !
