Mark,

I had some trouble getting the newest egcs and all dependent packages onto my
system through rpm, so I am using "old" versions. The following work fine on my
system (RedHat 5.1) with the latest omniORB:

libstdc++-2.8.0-8
egcs-1.0.2-8
gcc-2.7.2.3-11
glibc-2.0.7-13
