You are welcomed to try out omniORB 2.8.0 pre-release 1.
Select the platform mips_irix_6.5_n64.mk

This is for SGI compiler 7.2.1. Please check if the macro __SGI_CC is
defined by the compiler, if not, change <top>/include/omniORB2/CORBA_sysdep.h
to use another macro more appropriate to identify the compiler and tell me
about it.
