[omniORB] omniORB2 is among the first to acquire the Open Brand for CORBA

Finally we can make public that omniORB2 has passed all certification
requirements to acquire the CORBA brand. 

For the first time there is an objective test for CORBA compiance and we
are among the first to pass all the tests.
