[omniORB] Strange performance problems

A bit additional information:

The performance test was to test speeds af different packet sizes.

To run it, first run one 'dexec' without arguments in one terminal,
and then another dexec in another terminal with some argument, does
not mather which. The last, is the one measured time for.

To change packet size, change the array size in dexec.idl and the SIZE
definition in dexec.cc
