[omniORB] COMM_FAILURE in omniORB examples

You run this two in another window or eg2_impl & so the server keeps
running ?
and the argument to eg2_clt must be copied and pasted from the output of
eg2_impl... you have nothing to add really

maybe this is a simple thing, but you never know :-)))
