[omniORB] COMM_FAILURE in omniORB examples

Never mind my last note.... it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a typo in my /etc/hosts file... I guess that is where the IOR
address comes from.

The hosts file had (incorrectly) listed this machine as 193.168.1.1, the
IP stack was (correctly) configured as 192.168.1.1

When if fixed that up. eg2 runs as advertized!
