[omniORB] Running omniORB3 on NT -- eg1 example and omniNames.exe

    This is probably not a news to omniORB developers (I'd guess that David
Riddoch  already ran eg1.exe and omniNames.exe without problems).

    I was just able to do the following on NT4.0 SP4, MSVC 6.0 on my
machine.

    (Everything was done in debug mode.)

    (1) compile everything (except for the lifecycle).
    (2) run the omniNames.exe successfully for the very first time, without
any crashes or exceptions.
    (3) run the eg1.exe successfully, without any exceptions or crashes.

    omniORB3 is just beginning to work on NT -- it seems.
