[omniORB] fail to compile 2.8 in NT again

[Yu, Jeffrey (CICG - GELP DEV)]

I suspect there is a typo or something in one of the dir.mk that the build
for NT
for this thing become:  rebase.exe -b 0x68000000 -d *_rt.dll

The wildcard shouldn't be there.  Am I right?  Can one of the owners
respond?
