[omniORB] why eg3_impl and eg3_clt cann't run?

Hello,folks!I have a problem.I run omniorb pre-release 2.8.0 on windows NT 4.0.I use omniorb.cfg instead of registery file.My omniorb.cfg file look liks as follows:

When I run "omninames" in MS-DOS model,it runs ok.when I run "eg3_impl.exe",the error message "abnormal program termination" appears.When I run "eg3_clt.exe",the error message "Caught a system exception " appears.

But I run "eg3_impl -ORBInitialHost domain_control -ORBInitialPort 1999",it runs ok.I run "eg3_clt -ORBInitialHost domain_control -ORBInitialPort 1999",it runs ok.The message "I said,"Hello!". The Object said,"Hello!"" appears.
Why?Is there a error in my omniorb.cfg?Anyone can help me?Thanks a lot.
