[omniORB] Admin. info: omniorb-list search engine is up-to-date again

It seems that the increment update in htdig is not working. Therefore the
search engine only returns articles that are older than Apri 99! Anyway it
is now fixed.

You should be able to search the archive for the latest info on your topic
of interest, e.g. ActiveX:

http://www.uk.research.att.com/search.html
