I am affraid you cannot do that. The libraries pre-built for
omniORB uses VC++ 5.0/6.0.
I remember that someone was working to get BCB 4.0 working with
omniORB a while. The link seems to be dead.

No. But, I'd like to know if someone got this to work, because
BCB 5.0 is a lot easier to develop GUI applications than VC++,
and it might be very handy if someone got this to work.
