[omniORB] omniEvents and omniORB 3.x

I'm hopeing to release 2.0.2 early next week (I'm currently blocked on a
problem
to do with the BOA persistency).

The port is not exactly trivial because the BOA skeleton inheritance has
changed
somewhat.
