[omniORB] is the orb a singleton

but will that stay that way forever ? Reading the new messaging spec,
it seems that multiple ORBs per process will be a good technique to
set ORB wide policies (similar to the transition from a singleton BOA
to a tree of POAs...). Or am I misunderstanding anything ?
