[omniORB] Any handling of long sequences

Thanks for your patch -- we have looked at it and are working on the
problem!  I agree that we need to do something about the performance of
Any wrt sequences of simple types.  Its not quite as simple as just
applying your patch though, because it breaks the fundamental model of
the interface we are using.

When we decide on a solution and implement it we'll let you know!
