[omniORB] puzzling INV_OBJREF

It fails in a complex application. I'm sure it is related to some cleanup that
I have failed to add to my program, because it occurs only during the second
invocation of these statements. They are encapsulated in the ctor of a class,
which, in the main program, is created and destroyed twice.
