[omniORB] Tiny bug in catior

Hi all,

I just found out that catior does not print its output in an homogeneous =
way:
-part of the output goes to stdout
-the other part goes to stderr
This can be annoying when you want to redirect the output to a file (in =
that case, you have to redirect both stdout and stderr).

This problem occurs with omniORB 3.0 (May, 26th) on Linux (sorry, I did =
not have time yet, to get the latest snapshot ! maybe this buf has =
already been fixed).
