[omniORB] omniORB 2.80 on NT

We have recently come upon a problem where a corba program will no longer
receive requests on an NT machine.  The program has worked fine for several
months and all of a sudden, it has stopped working correctly.  The program
will start correctly and act as though it initializes the orb, otherwise the
program will stop right then, but after it is initialized, the program will
never respond to corba requests.  Sometimes rebooting the machine will fix
the problem for a short while.

Has anyone run into this problem?
