[omniORB] Using NJAMD with Omniorb

Sai-Lai,

Thanks for the tip, I tried simply compiling my executable with the libs
reordered.
I didn't realize that the whole omni package had to be rebuilt.

This is a bit of a pain as I have libs that depend on the omni libs.
This means that
I must ensure that these libs also come before the omni lib paths in all
my makefiles.

After rebuilding omni and reordering my libraries the issue is resolved.
