[omniORB] omniORB 3.0.0 on AIX

In File README.aix the following text appears.


A note on VisualAge C++ 5.0
===========================

It is reported that VisualAge C++ 5.0 does not like the inline friend
functions declared in include/omniORB3/bufferedStream.h. As a
work-around, apply the patch in patches/aix_xlC_5.0.patch to move the
function definitions.

But the file does not show up in the patches directory.  Is this only in
CVS under omniORB3?  I haven't got CVS setup yet on my current
machine so haven't been able to check.
