[omniORB] IBM VisualAge 5.0

Hi Mike,
Just installed the VA 5.0 compiler and trying to build omniORB. Could you mail me
the tarball you mention please?
Should these changes be incorporated into the main omniORB 2.8.0 source or at least
the tarball placed on the omniORB download site?
