[omniORB] Building omniORB3 with VC++ 6.0

Hello.

I tired to build omniORB3 with VC++ 6.0 and the "lite" incarnations of the 
cygnus and python utilities in Windows 98.  Unfortunately, I received the 
following error:

making export in src/tool...
making export in src/tool/omniidl...
making export in src/tool/omniidl/cxx...
idlpython.d:1: *** target pattern contains no `%'.  Stop.
make: *** [export] Error 1
make: *** [export] Error 1
make: *** [export] Error 1

I compared the idlpython.d files generated on my Windoze box and Linux box, 
which successfully built the ORB, and found that only the path names were 
(appropriately) different.  The make version on my Windoze box is 3.75.

Can anyone help?
