[omniORB] Missing Object Reference ( bug in omniORB !)

Unfortunately, the new bug list and automatic patch file generation has
only been done starting from omniORB 3.0. So the bug page for 2.8 is not up
to date.

I suggest you and any users that are still using omniORB 2.8 to get the
latest source either by:

1. Check out from our cvs server the omni2_8_develop branch.

or

2. Download the tarball extracted from the cvs archive.
   For 2.8:
    ftp://ftp.uk.research.att.com/pub/omniORB/omniORB_28_snapshots/omniORB-latest.tar.gz
