I don't think that's the same bug. The IOR in that one contains a long
object key of "....NUP.............child_poa.........NameService", and
apparently results in an INV_OBJREF exception. The one affecting
object references with a short key like just "NameService" caused a
Java ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException.
