[omniORB] omniORB 2.8.0 bug fix page

Dear all,

A web page listing all the bug fixes that have been done to omniORB 2.8.0
is now available at:

http://www.uk.research.att.com/omniORB/bug280.html

Notice that there may be bug fixes in omniORB 3.0 that have not been back
ported to the 2.8 branch. If you are still using 2.8.0 and think you
have encountered a bug not listed in the bug page, it may be worth
upgrading to 3.0.2 if you can. Or else, tell us about it and may be we can
back port a fix from the 3.0 branch.
