[omniORB] Build Problem on WinNT

The patches I made yesterday to support Python 1.6 and 2.0b1 broke the
Windows build. It's fixed again now in CVS. Tomorrow's snapshot will
have the change.

WinZip, and most other archiving utilities support gzipped tar files.
