[omniORB] Privilage to run and install omniORB

Just yesterday there was a message on this in this mailing list.
For installing omniORB you better have root privilages to write its files
into the standard directories (ig. /usr/local). The .deb package does a
good thing when it copies the libs into /usr/lib, the includes into
/usr/include and the binaries into /usr/bin.
If you do not want them to be copied into these folders you should set the
LD_LIBRARY_PATH, PATH and for python the PYTHONPATH to the directories
where you have these files, and to compile your own applications you should
give the include dir of omniORB to your compiler for searching for the
omniORB headers.
For running the application you do not need any special privileges as far
as the above PATH environment variables are set correctly.
