[omniORB] What does this mean?

omniORB: string_to_object reached recursion limit processing `corbaname:rir:#InitialReferences/NameService'

I pass my app:

-ORBDefaultInitRef corbaname:rir:#InitialReferences

It does resolve, but what does the error mean and how can I get around it?
