[omniORB] Experience with converting BOA code to POA?

Good morning!  Does anyone have experience converting code that uses the BOA
into code that uses the Portable Object Adapter (POA)?

I am working with Paul Nader's "Onyx Events" code and I need to change it
all over to POA based code.  I'm looking for any pointers, tips, gotchas,
warnings, help?, etc.
