[omniORB] gcc 3

In case anyone's interested, the latest gcc 3 compiles the
test case file (with excessive multiple inheritance) such
that it runs without crashing:

% ./t

B_5
B_4
D_4
A_3
C_4
A_4
B_3
C_3
A_2
A_1

Sorry to bother those who already knew...

Thank God. Those domestic imports weren't very good.
