[omniORB] CORBA for VxWorks

I've seen a few things suggesting that the biggest problem with
getting things working with VxWorks is that it uses an ancient gcc
2.7 which doesn't support exceptions. If you can get a more up-to-date
compiler, it should be relatively easy to port omniORB.
