[omniORB] problems with Omni4

Impossible to say without more details. Are you using the most
up-to-date snapshot?  What is your program doing?  Please post a trace
with -ORBtraceLevel 25 -ORBtraceInvocations 1 -ORBtraceThreadId 1.
